This could be my new house
So I was searching around Zillow and locally for a new house with my agent Bob. I ran across this property. It’s distressed, but I think I could fix it up. I’m tempted to fall in on it and make it my own. It resembles my property in West Virginia in some ways. It has some land attached and a lot of timber on the property that needs cleaning up.
Why Have I decided to move
Well, i’m bored of my current property. I’d like something with more work associated with it, that I can improve. I’d like to reduce monthly payments. I also have this impression that I bought a house that was kind of a museum to a life that I used to have. I’d like to close the museum and move on with a life that I will actually enjoy.
I had wanted to move to this area (York County, PA) about 8 years ago, but I got constant flak from my ex-wife Analie about it. She wanted to move to MN, and the compromise was moving to WV. Now, I don’t have to worry about the drug addict anymore, so I can do what I wanted to do in the first place.
